COURAGE:

"When you cannot make up your mind which of two evenly balanced courses of action you should take - choose the bolder," said W. J. Slim.

If you have a choice of taking two paths, always take the more daring of the two. Calculated risk taking often produces extraordinary results.

There is no substitute for courage and though the chance of stubbing your toe increases the more you walk, it is always better than going nowhere by standing still. Take chances, take smart risks and you will meet with success beyond your dreams.

The law of courage states that

Your willingness to risk failure is the only real measure of your desire to be successful/ rich, but analyze and minimize risk in the pursuit of success.

The systematic, deliberate development of courage is essential to the achievement of success.

Fear is the greatest single obstacle to achievement.

Make a habit of always confronting the things you fear and doing them anyway.”

Act tough and you will be tough. Have courage and inspire others with your actions. But always be considerate. Fortune and love befriend the bold. No guts, no glory. Most failures are not due to lack of LUCK, but to lack of PLUCK. Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage. Courage means the willingness to take risks, to accept challenges. Nothing positive happens, until you take full responsibility for your thoughts and action. Positive people take responsibility for their own lives, where as unsuccessful people duck responsibilities.

Ø A person holding a butterfly in his fist asked Mullah Nasiruddin “Tell me whether the butterfly is alive or dead?”

Mullah smiling cryptically replied, “How can I say that? The butterfly is in your hand. It is up to you whether you want to keep the butterfly alive or kill it.”

Responsibility is like a butterfly. It is your choice whether you take it or leave it.
