Nakkeeran Ramaswamy The view from top may also vary depending on the angle of view.

Narayana Rao C The angle of view should be complete (360degrees), not partial. Otherwise, it's the parable of the elephant and the six blind! Even at a particular angle, the view will be the same for all (ruling out the myopic cases)!
