------------------------------
What is called the 'world' is formed by thoughts evolved through sensory organs in waking (jagrit) state. When the mind experiences 'NO THOUGHTS' , the world disappears and the mind experiences the bliss. In meditation, one goes deep into oneself to feel the consciousness as a 'dispassionate' observer of thoughts. The thoughts arise spontaneously to come up and exhaust as the mind watches with disinterested attitude.
In meditation the identity of individual is lost in the experience of conscious which is the Brahman!

Discrimination leading to conflict is man's inherent nature.Man cannot live without conflict. If two races are there, the conflict will be between them. If one race alone lives at a place, the conflict will definitely be there either on geographical position like south or North, or religious differences. Even if a single race with the same religion exists, there even the conflict will be found on the denominations/ sectarian grounds (like in Hindus on castes; Muslims on Sunni, Shiya etc.; Christians on Catholics, Protestants etc). Even if a same sect/ denomination of a religion stays at a region there will be a conflict based on sub sects/castes or on income distribution like rich and poor. If all the above may also be found in different permutations and combinations leading to greater confusion. Even if a man is alone in a forest, within him too there will be conflict.
So, man will always be in search of differences to have a constant conflict. In multicultural societies, civility keeps the social fabric together!

Result -
(1)less than expectation leads to frustration
(2) more than expectation to happiness and
(3) equal to expectation leads to satisfaction!
To avoid frustration, do your best and leave the rest to God!
