(John F. Kennedy said that "the elusive half-step between middle management and true leadership is grace under pressure.")
CLASS:
Class is an aura of confidence. That is sure without being cocky. Class has nothing to do with money. Class never runs scared. It is self-discipline and self-knowledge. It is the sure-footedness that comes with having proved you can meet life.
ü Poise is the art of raising the eyebrows instead of the roof.
CLUTTER:
Cluttered table/ surroundings show cluttered mind.
ü Our life is frittered away by detail...simplify, simplify!
In the heating and air conditioning trade, the point on the thermostat in which neither heating nor cooling must operate-around 72 degrees-is called the "Comfort Zone." It's also known as the "Dead Zone."
Comfort Zones are comfortable ways of doing things. They are your personal areas of thoughts and actions within which you feel normal/ comfortable/ at ease/ unstressed. They include how you deal with people, use your time, talk, do a job etc. Any of those, ones difficult or fearful things that you now find normal or easy to do, are due to your comfort zone. For example, if you are placed in an uncomfortable situation such as public speaking, stress can turn on resulting in your trying to avoid the situation and to get back to your non-public speaking comfort zone. This is because you don’t consciously seek discomfort and you would rather get back to the comfortable way of doing things. This usually happens with when you want to bring in change or try to be different from your normal self, change habit patterns use new skills etc. but if you stick with the new and sustain the change despite the early discomfort you get used to it and your comfort zone expands. ‘Stick with it’ is the key. Comfort zones are most often expanded through discomfort.Move outside your comfort zone and find adventure, excitement and new levels of satisfaction. Stretch your comfort zones by trying something new. ‘Fear is the energy to do your best in a new situation.’ Right proportion of
