APPEARANCE/ APPAREL:
Without attractive packaging, no product can successfully compete. What others see is your appearance/ how you look. “Apparel oft proclaims the man,” said Shakespeare. The power of dress is very great in commanding respect. Good clothes open all the doors. Be careful with your clothing and grooming and look like the kind of person who deserves respect, attention, and special consideration. There is no second chance to make a first impression in situations like an interview, a business meeting, a first meeting etc. The first impression is often made by the dress, the facial expression, and the first few words you speak. By dressing well, we show respect to the people we meet in any transaction and telling them that we take the transaction/ job on hand seriously.
In terms of business attire, dark suits (navy blue and charcoal grey) reflect power, sophistication and authority. Have you ever seen a prime minister or president in a tan suit?
