A man came home from work and found his 5 children outside, still in their pajamas, playing in the mud, with empty food boxes and wrappers strewn around garden, The door of his wife's car was open, as was the front door to the house and no sign of the dog, walking in the door, he found ...an even bigger mess. V was on loudly with the cartoon channel, the family room was strewn with toys and various items of clothing. In the kitchen, dishes filled the sink, breakfast food was spilled on the counter, the fridge door was open wide, dog food was spilled on the floor, a broken glass lay under the table, and a small pile of sand was spread by the back door. He quickly headed up the stairs, stepping over toys and more piles of clothes, looking for his wife. He was worried she might be ill, or that something serious had happened. He was met with a small trickle of water as it made its way out the bathroom door. As he peered inside he found wet towels, scummy soap and more toys strewn over the floor. Miles of toilet paper lay in a heap and toothpaste had been smeared over the mirror and walls. As he rushed to the bedroom, he found his wife still curled up in the bed in her pajamas, reading a novel... She looked up at him, smiled and asked how his day went. He looked at her bewildered and asked, 'What happened here today?' She again smiled and answered, 'You know every day when you come home from work and you ask me what in the world do I do all day?...
''Yes," was his incredulous reply..
She answered, 'Well, today I didn't do it.'

దురాశ దుఃఖానికి చేటు... అన్న నీతిని జీవితంలో ఆచరించకపోతే అనర్థాలు తప్పవు అని చెప్పడానికి ఈ ఉదంతం తాజా ఉదాహరణగా నిలుస్తోంది. ఇటీవలి కాలంలో సెల్‌ఫోన్‌లకు బహుమతుల సంక్షిప్త సమాచారాలు (ఎస్ఎంఎస్) వెల్లువెత్తుతున్నాయి. ఇది కచ్చితంగా మోసమే. ఇలాంటివాటిని పోలీసు భాషలో నైజీరియన్ మోసాలుగా పిలుస్తారు. విజయనగరం జిల్లా రామభద్రపురం ఎస్‌బీఐ మేనేజర్ కూడా ఈ వూబిలో చిక్కుకున్నారు.

మేనేజర్ వారణాశి బాలకృష్ణ సెల్‌ఫోన్‌కు నెల రోజుల క్రితం 'నోకియా మొబైల్ ప్రమోషన్ అవార్డు-2013 ఈ ఏడాది ప్రకటించారు. అందులో మీకు రూ.2.95 కోట్లు బహుమతి వచ్చింది. ఈ మొత్తం ఢిల్లీలోని ఇందిరాగాంధీ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టుకు చేరింది. అక్కడ ఉన్న నోకియా ప్రతినిధి డిప్లమేట్ జేమ్స్ విలియమ్స్‌ను కలవండి.' అని ఎస్.ఎం.ఎస్. వచ్చింది. ఈ వివరాలు చూసిన బాలకృష్ణ వెంటనే జవాబు మెసేజి ఇచ్చారు. దీంతో... ముందుగా రూ.2.96 కోట్ల డబ్బు ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు కస్టమ్స్ విభాగం నుంచి విడుదల చేసేందుకు రూ.25,000 కట్టాల్సి ఉందని ఓ బ్యాంకు ఖాతా నెంబరు 32744551193 కూడా ఇచ్చారు. ఈ ఖాతాకు 2013 మే 6న రూ.25,000 తొలిసారిగా జమ చేశారు. బాలకృష్ణ వ్యక్తిగత ఖాతా నెంబరు, మెయిల్ ఐడీ వగైరా సమాచారం కూడా వారు తెలుసుకున్నారు.

• తరువాత మరికొన్ని ఖర్చులు ఉన్నాయంటూ 7.5.2013న 32888104626 ఖాతాలో రూ.98,000 జమ చేయాల్సిందిగా సూచించారు.

• ఐఎంఎఫ్ క్లియరెన్స్ ఛార్జీలుగా రూ.3,31,000 కట్టాలంటూ శైలేంద్ర ఓటా పేరిట ఉన్న ఖాతా నెంబరు పంపారు.

• రూ.2.95 కోట్లకు 12 శాతం ఆదాయపు పన్నుగా రూ.35,40,000 కట్టాలని కోరగా... తాను కట్టలేనని బాలకృష్ణ తెగేసి చెప్పారు. దీంతో బేరసారాలు చేసిన నోకియా మొబైల్ ప్రొమోటర్స్ చివరకు రూ.5,13,000 కట్టాల్సిందిగా సూచిస్తూ 3273960186 ఖాతా నెంబరు ఇచ్చారు. కృష్ణా పింక్ ఇన్‌ఫో పేరిట ఆ ఖాతా ఉంది.

• ఫైనాన్స్ మినిస్టర్ కార్యదర్శులు ఒక్కొక్కరికి పది లక్షలు ఇవ్వాలని కోరగా.. ఆ మొత్తం చెల్లించారు. అలా రూ.1.83 కోట్ల మేర నోకియా మొబైల్ ప్రమోటర్స్ పేరిట చెల్లించారు.

ఈ మొత్తం చెల్లించడానికి అమ్మ, అక్క, గతంలో తన వద్ద పనిచేసిన అనిల్‌రాజ్ దివల అనే వ్యక్తి పేరిట తన బ్యాంకు నుంచే రుణాలు తీసుకున్నారు. ఈ క్రమంలోనే ముంబై స్టేట్ బ్యాంకు బ్రాంచి నుంచి మేనేజర్.. బాలకృష్ణకు ఫోన్ చేసి... 'మీ బ్రాంచి నుంచి అనిల్‌రాజ్ దివల పేరు మీద లోన్ చూపుతూ... వేరెవరికో క్రెడిట్ అవుతోంది చూసుకోండి' అని చెప్పారు. అదే విషయాన్ని విశాఖపట్నం రీజియన్ కార్యాలయానికి వివరించారు. దీంతో విశాఖపట్నం బ్యాంకు అధికారులు రంగంలోకి దిగితే విషయం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. పోలీసుల విచారణలో సెల్‌ఫోన్ మెసేజీ ..ఆయన చేసిన ఉత్తర ప్రత్యుత్తరాలను బాలకృష్ణ బయటపెట్టారు. చివరికి కటాకటాల వెనక్కి వెళ్లారు.

1196- Very very Heart Touching story.

One young academically excellent person went for an interview for a managerial position in a big company. He passed the first interview; BUT in that Company, the director did the last interview, and made the final decision.The director discovered from the CV, that the youth’s academic result was excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research, never was there a year he did not score. The director asked,“Did you obtain any scholarship in school?” and the youth answered “no”.The director asked,” Did your father pay your school fees?”. The youth answered, “my father passed away when I was one year old and it was my mother who paid my school fees”.The director asked, ” Where did your mother work?”The youth answered, “my mother worked as cloth cleaner.” The director requested the youth to show his hands and the youth showed a pair of hands that was smooth and perfect to the director.

The director asked, ” Did you ever help your mother wash clothes before?”

The youth answered,” never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books, furthermore, my mother could wash clothes faster than I could”

The director said, I have a request, when you go back today, go and help to clean your mother’s hand, and then see me tomorrow morning.

The youth felt that the chance of landing the job was high and when he went back, he happily wanted to clean his mother’s hands. His mother felt strange. With happiness mixed with fear, she showed her hands to the kid.

The youth cleaned his mother’s hands slowly and his tears fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother’s hands were so wrinkled, and that there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that she shuddered when his mother’s hands were cleaned with water.

This is the first time that the youth realized and experienced that it is this pair of hands that washed the clothes every day to earn him the school fees and that the bruises in the mother’s hand were the price that the mother paid for his graduation and academic excellence and probably his future.

After finishing the cleaning of his mother’s hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.

That night, the mother and son talked for a very long time.

Next morning, the youth went to the director’s office.

The director noticed the tear in the youth’s eye and asked:

” Can you tell me what you did and learned yesterday in your house?”
The youth answered, ” I cleaned my mother’s hands and also finished washing all the remaining clothes.’

The director asked, ”Please tell me what you felt.”

The youth said:

“Number 1, I know what appreciation is now’. Without my mother, I would not be successful today.
Number 2, Now I know how to work together with my mother. Only now do I realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done. Number 3, I know the importance and value of family relationship.”
The director said, “This is what I want. I want to recruit a person that can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the suffering of others to get things done, and a person that would not put money as his only goal in life to be my manager. You are hired.”

Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates, every employee worked diligently and as a team and the company improved tremendously.

The Lessons from this anecdote:

A child who has been protected and habitually given whatever he needs, develops an“entitlement mentality” and always puts himself first. He is ignorant of his parents’ efforts. When he starts work, he assumes every person must listen to him. When he becomes a manager, he will never know the suffering of his employees and always blame others. These kinds of people, may/will achieve good results and may be successful for a while, but eventually will not feel a sense of achievement or satisfaction.

If we happen to be this kind of (protective) parent, this is the time to ask the question - whether we did/do love our children or destroy them.

* You can let your child live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn to play the piano, watch a big screen TV but when you are cutting grass, please let them experience it.

* After a meal, let them wash their plate and bowl together with their brothers and sisters.

* It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love and show them the correct way.

* You want them to understand that no matter how rich their parents are, one day they will grow old, become weak and that their hair too will turn grey.

* The most important thing is for your child to learn how to appreciate, experience and learn the effort and ability needed to work with others in order to get things done. They should also value, appreciate what the parents have done and love them for who they are!

జుగాడ్‌ను ఒంటబట్టించుకున్న సామాన్యుడు 'కత్తి లాంటి మనిషి' అనిపించుకుంటాడు. జుగాడ్ సూత్రాల్ని అమలు చేసిన కంపెనీ 'గ్లోబల్ బ్రాండ్'గా ఎదుగుతుంది. జుగాడ్ చిట్కాల్ని పాలనలో భాగం చేసుకున్న ప్రజాప్రతినిధి తిరుగులేని జననేత అవుతాడు! 

ఇంతకీ, 'జు...గా...డ్' అంటే ఏమిటి?

జుగాడ్ - ఒక ఆలోచనా విధానం. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న వనరులతో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న టెక్నాలజీతో ప్రాణంపోసుకునే పక్కా లోకల్ పరిష్కారం. ఎత్తిపోతల ప్రభావంలేని నిఖార్సయిన ఐడియా. భలే చౌక! కొండను తవ్వి ఎలుకను పట్టడం కాదు, ఎలుకతోనే కొండను తవ్వించగల మహాముదురు టెక్నిక్. పరిశోధనశాలలకూ సైంటిస్టులకూ అతీతమైన దేశీ ఆవిష్కరణ. ఇదేం తేలుకుట్టుడు మంత్రమో పాముకాటు శాస్త్రమో కాదు...తలుచుకోగానే అద్భుతాలు జరిగిపోతాయని అనుకోడానికి. ఆ ఫలాలు మనకు అందాలంటే, జుగాడ్ దృక్పథాన్ని అలవరచుకోవాలి. ఆ ఆలోచనా ధోరణిని జీవితంలో భాగం చేసుకోవాలి.

జుగాడ్ గురించి తెలుసుకోవాలంటే, ముందు జనం గురించి తెలుసుకోవాలి. నేరుగా జనంలోకి వెళ్లాలి. జనాన్ని గమనిస్తూ ఉండాలి. అవసరాలను బట్టి, పరిస్థితులను బట్టి, ఆర్థిక పరిమితులను బట్టి - తమతమ పరిధుల్లో జుగాడ్ అద్భుతాలు చేస్తున్న ఎంతోమంది సామాన్యులు మనకు తారసపడతారు. ఒక్కొక్కరూ ఓ పాఠమే.

సెల్‌ఫోన్ టాక్‌టైమ్ చాలాచాలా ఖరీదైన రోజుల్లో మనవాళ్లు 'మిస్డ్‌కాల్' భాష కనిపెట్టారు. పదింటికి మిస్డ్‌కాల్ ఇస్తే 'ఆఫీసుకు బయల్దేరావా' అన్న పలకరింపు. ఒంటిగంటకు ఇస్తే 'భోంచేశావా' అన్న పరామర్శ. సాయంత్రం ఆరింటికి ఇస్తే 'తొందరగా ఇంటికి వచ్చేయ్' అన్న హెచ్చరిక. సెల్‌ఫోన్ ఛార్జీలతో కడుపుమండిపోయిన సామాన్యుడి 'ఉచిత' పరిష్కారమిది. ఇదో జుగాడ్.

రిక్షాలా కష్టపడి లాగాల్సిన పనుండకూడదు. అలా అని, టాక్సీలా ఖరీదైన వ్యవహారమూ కాకూడదు. మధ్యేమార్గంగా జరిగిన ఆవిష్కరణే హైబ్రీడ్ గాడీ. బాడీ డొక్కు ట్రాలీది, ఇంజిన్ పాత మోటారు సైకిల్‌ది. నూటికి నూరుశాతం భారతీయ జుగాడ్.
 
అదేదో తెలుగు సినిమాలో... రాత్రిళ్లు మితిమీరిన వేగంతో వెళ్తున్న వాహనాల కారణంగా పశువులు ప్రమాదానికి గురవుతుంటాయి. దీంతో హీరో వాటి కొమ్ములకు రేడియం పూత పూస్తాడు. ఇంకేముంది, అమాస రాత్రుల్లోనూ ఆ కొమ్ముల మెరుపు లారీ డ్రైవర్లకు స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తుంది. ప్రమాదాలు తగ్గిపోతాయి.ఇదో సినిమాటిక్ జుగాడ్!
 
సైకిలు చక్రానికున్న యంత్రశక్తితో కత్తెర్లకూ కత్తిపీటలకూ పదును పెట్టవచ్చని తెలుసుకున్న మొట్టమొదటి వ్యక్తి ఎవరో కానీ, వెంటనే వెతికిపట్టుకోవాలి. 'జుగాడ్‌శ్రీ' అన్న బిరుదు ఇవ్వాలి. స్కూటరుకూ దిగుడుబావికీ ముడిపెట్టి...ఎకరా పొలానికి నీరందించే అజ్ఞాత రైతన్నను అర్జెంటుగా హైదరాబాద్ తీసుకొచ్చి 'జుగాడ్ భూషణ్' అవార్డుతో సత్కరించాలి.

ఉరుకులు పరుగుల్లో పడి పట్టించుకోం కానీ, మన జీవితాల్లోని జుగాడ్ విన్యాసాలు ఒకటీరెండూ కావు. జుగాడ్ ఐడియా ల్యాబొరేటరీలో పుట్టదు - హృదయంలోంచి పొంగుకొస్తుంది. జుగాడ్ ఐడియా వెనుక పరిశోధన ఉండదు - శ్రమ ఉంటుంది, అవసరం ఉంటుంది. ముడిసరుకు పక్కా లోకల్ కాబట్టి, ఉత్పత్తి ఖర్చూ తక్కువే. టెక్నాలజీ అతి సరళం. కొన్నిసార్లు 'ఓస్...ఇంతేనా' అనిపించేంత సాదాసీదా. ఒకానొక సమస్యకు తక్షణ పరిష్కారమే జుగాడ్. ఇక్కడ ఆవిష్కరణ కంటే సమయస్ఫూర్తి ఎక్కువ. కార్పొరేట్ ప్రపంచం కోరుతున్నదీ ఇలాంటి టెక్నాలజీనే. గూగుల్, జీయీ, టాటా, ఫ్యూచర్ గ్రూప్ వంటి సంస్థలు జుగాడ్ సూత్రాల్ని తమ వ్యాపారాలకు అన్వయించుకుంటున్నాయి.

జుగాడ్ - అచ్చమైన పంజాబీ పదం. కొత్తగా ఆవిష్కరించడం, భలేగా కనిపెట్టడం... ఇలా రకరకాల అర్థాలతో వాడుకుంటారు భల్లేభల్లే బ్రదర్స్. ఈ మాట ఇప్పుడు అమెరికన్ వ్యాపార పదకోశాల్లో స్థానం సంపాదించింది. గొప్ప ఐడియాల్ని మెచ్చుకోడానికైనా కత్తిలాంటి కుర్రాళ్లను ఆకాశానికి ఎత్తేయడానికైనా 'జుగాడ్' అన్నమాటే వాడుతున్నారు. ఇల్లు, ఆఫీసు, స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థ..దేనికైనా ఈ సూత్రాల్ని ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు. 

ఏ ఆలోచన అయినా జుగాడ్ అనిపించుకోవాలంటే...ఓ ఐదు సూత్రాల పరిధిలోకి రావాలి.
(1)ఒకటి...నిఖార్సయిన ఐడియా
రోజూ చూసే ఆకాశంలోనే రోజూ కనిపించే నక్షత్రాల్ని చూస్తూ రోజూ పొందని అనుభూతిని పొందడమే - కవిత్వం. ఇదే జుగాడ్ లక్షణం కూడా. జుగాడ్ - ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం కాదు. కట్-పేస్టు తరహా మేధో చౌర్యమూ కాదు. అసలైన జుగాడ్ పడికట్టు భావజాలాల్లో కొట్టుకుపోదు. అరిగిపోయిన రికార్డుల్నే మళ్లీమళ్లీ తిప్పే ప్రయత్నం చేయదు. 'నీ జీవితకాలం మహా అయితే, ఎనభై ఏళ్లు. ఇప్పటికే సగం ప్రయాణం పూర్తయి ఉంటుంది. మిగిలిన రోజుల్ని కూడా మరొకరిలా బతికేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తూ ఎందుకు వృథా చేసుకుంటావ్? నువ్వు నీలా ఉండలేవా?' అంటాడు స్టీవ్‌జాబ్స్. సేల్స్ సిబ్బందిగా మాటకారి మనుషుల్నే ఎంపికచేస్తారు. దీంతో కస్టమర్లుసేల్స్‌మన్‌తో చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా ఉంటారు. ఎక్కడ బుట్టలో వేసుకుంటాడో అన్న భయం. ఎక్కడ బోల్తాపడతామో అన్న అభద్రత. ఆ యూనిఫామ్, ఆ టై, ఆ షూస్... ఆ ఆహార్యాన్ని చూడగానే - 'మనవాడు' అన్న భావన ఏ కోశానా కనిపించదు. అందుకే బిందు సేద్యంలో అగ్రగామి సంస్థ జైన్ ఇరిగేషన్ సిస్టమ్స్ తమ వ్యవసాయ ఉత్పత్తుల్ని విక్రయించడానికి- మార్కెటింగ్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ల జోలికి వెళ్లకుండా అచ్చమైన రైతు బిడ్డల్నే ఎంచుకుంది. రైతు మరో రైతు మాట వింటాడు, రైతే మరో రైతును అర్థంచేసుకుంటాడు. ఈ చిన్న జుగాడ్ సూత్రం విక్రయాలను అనూహ్యంగా పెంచింది. ఈ రెండు కంపెనీలూ జుగాడ్ బాటలో నడిచాయి కాబట్టి సరిపోయింది. ఏ మార్కెటింగ్ గురువునో, వ్యాపార వ్యూహకర్తనో నమ్ముకుని ఉంటే సవాలక్ష సంస్థల్లో ఒకటిగా మిగిలిపోయేవి.

(2)రెండు..ప్రశ్నలోనే జవాబు
సమస్యలొస్తుంటాయి. తీవ్ర సమస్యలూ వస్తుంటాయి. చిన్నదైనా పెద్దదైనా- ప్రతి సమస్యలోనూ ఏదో ఓ మూల లాభదాయకమైన పరిష్కారం దాగుంటుంది. దాన్ని వెదికి పట్టుకోవాలి. భూకంపం గుజరాత్‌ను అతలాకుతలం చేసిన తర్వాత...పల్లెల్లో ఓరకమైన నైరాశ్యం కమ్ముకుంది. ఆ పరిస్థితుల్ని ప్రతిబింబిస్తూ ఓ దినపత్రిక ముక్కలైపోయిన మట్టికుండ ఛాయాచిత్రాన్ని ప్రచురించింది. నేలపాలైన సామాన్యుడి రిఫ్రిజిరేటర్ - అంటూ ఫొటో వ్యాఖ్య రాసింది. దాన్ని చదువుతున్నప్పుడే మన్‌సుఖ్‌ప్రజాపతి అనే చిరుద్యోగి బుర్రలో ఓ జుగాడ్ మెరుపు మెరిసింది. చవకైన ఫ్రిజ్‌ను తయారు చేయాలన్న ఆలోచన కలిగింది. ఏడాది శ్రమతో ఆ ఆలోచన ఫలించింది. దాన్ని ఇంకాస్త విస్తరించి...మట్టితో చేసిన వాటర్‌ఫిల్టర్లూ, వేపుడు పెనాలూ, డైనింగ్‌సెట్లూ, ప్రెషర్ కుక్కర్లూ - ఒకటేమిటి, వంటింటికి అవసరమైనవన్నీ తయారు చేయడం మొదలుపెట్టాడు. ఇప్పుడు 'మిట్టీకూల్' దేశవిదేశాల్లో తన ఉత్పత్తుల్ని విక్రయిస్తోంది. 'ఫోర్బ్స్' పత్రిక ప్రజాపతిని శక్తిమంతుడైన గ్రామీణ వ్యాపారవేత్తగా గుర్తించింది.
ప్రశ్న తూర్పు వైపూ జవాబు పడమరవైపూ ఉండవు. ప్రశ్న భూమ్మీదా, జవాబు ఆకాశంలో ఉండవు. ప్రశ్న ఉన్నచోటే జవాబు ఉంటుంది. ప్రశ్నను పట్టుకోగలిగితే, జవాబునూ పట్టుకున్నట్టే. హర్యానాకు చెందిన రామ్‌మెహర్‌సింగ్‌కు కోళ్ల పరిశ్రమ ఉంది. షెడ్డులో ఎప్పుడూ లైట్లు వెలుగుతూ ఉండాలి. దీంతో కరెంటు బిల్లు తడిసి మోపెడయ్యేది. జనరేటర్ వాడినా దాదాపు అంతే ఖర్చు. ఏం చేయాలో పాలుపోయేదికాదు. ఇంధన ఉత్పత్తి పేడతో సాధ్యమైనప్పుడు, చెత్తతో సాధ్యమైనప్పుడు...పౌల్ట్రీ వ్యర్థాలతో మాత్రం ఎందుకు సాధ్యం కాదు? - అన్న ప్రశ్నలోంచే ప్రయత్నం మొదలైంది. పరిష్కారం దొరికింది.

(3)మూడు...తక్కువతో ఎక్కువ!

ఓ తీవ్ర సమస్యకు లోకల్ పరిష్కారమే జుగాడ్ - అదీ అతి తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో. ప్రసూతి వైద్యశాలల్లో ఇన్‌క్యుబేటర్ల కొరత తీవ్రంగా ఉంది. లక్షల విలువైన పరికరాల్ని సమకూర్చుకోవడం చిన్నాచితకా ఆసుపత్రులకు తలకుమించిన భారం. ఫలితంగా పసిపిల్లలు పిట్టల్లా రాలిపోతున్నారు. ఆ మరణాలు చెంగల్పట్టు జిల్లాకు చెందిన శిశువ్యాధి నిపుణురాలు సత్యా జగన్నాథన్‌ను తీవ్రంగా కదిలించాయి. సగటున వేయికి నలభైమంది పిల్లలు ఇన్‌క్యుబేటర్ల కొరత కారణంగా మరణిస్తున్నారని అంచనా. ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ సాయంతో ఒక చెక్కపెట్టె, ఒక 100 వాట్స్ బల్బుతో దేశీ ఇన్‌క్యుబేటర్‌ను రూపొందించారామె. మొత్తం ఖర్చు పదిహేను వేలు మాత్రమే. తులసి ఆకుతో నల్గొండ లాంటి ప్రాంతాల్లో ఫ్లోరోసిస్ ప్రభావాన్ని తగ్గించవచ్చన్న ఆలోచన కూడా ఓ తిరుగులేని జుగాడ్. ఆ ప్రయోగం కనుక విజయవంతమైతే, నామమాత్రపు ఖర్చుతో ఓ తీవ్ర సమస్యకు అడ్డుకట్ట వేయవచ్చు.

(4)నాలుగు...నిరాడంబర సృజన
సంక్లిష్టంగా గజిబిజిగా ఉండే ఆవిష్కరణలదేముంది...ఏ తెలివైన మూర్ఖుడైనా చేసేస్తాడు. సరళంగా సూటిగా ఉండే ఆవిష్కరణలు చేయడానికి మాత్రం చాలా ధైర్యం కావాలి - అంటారు ఐన్‌స్టీన్. ఆ సాదాసీదాతనమే జుగాడ్ ప్రత్యేకత. ఒక్కమాటలో చెప్పాలంటే ఇది అచ్చమైన గాంధీ టెక్నాలజీ. జుగాడ్ ఎప్పుడూ బిర్రబిగుసుకుని ఉండమని చెప్పదు. మన ఆలోచనను రబ్బరు బొమ్మలా ఎలా అయినా మార్చుకునే వీలుండాలంటుంది. హెయర్ అనే చైనీస్ సంస్థ వివిధ ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ ఉపకరణాల్ని తయారు చేస్తోంది. తన వాషింగ్ మెషీన్ తరచూ పాడైపోతోందంటూ ఓ వినియోగదారుడి నుంచి కాల్‌సెంటర్‌కు ఫోన్ వచ్చింది. నిపుణుడిని పంపారు. లోపలిభాగాల్లో మట్టి పేరుకుపోయింది. బట్టలు ఉతికే యంత్రంలో మట్టెందుకు ఉంటుంది? అన్న కోణంలోంచి వాకబు చేస్తే...అతనో రైతు, తాను పండించిన బంగాళాదుంపల్ని శుభ్రం చేయడానికి వాషింగ్‌మెషీన్‌ను వాడుతున్నాడని తెలిసింది. సాధారణంగా ఏ ఉద్యోగి అయినా మరమ్మతు పూర్తిచేసి, వాషింగ్ మెషీన్‌లో బట్టలు మాత్రమే వేయాలని హెచ్చరించి వచ్చేస్తాడు. ఆతర్వాత దాని గురించే ఆలోచించడు. ఆ ఉద్యోగి మాత్రం, సంస్థకు పంపే నివేదికలో తన అనుభవాన్ని ప్రస్తావించాడు. 'అంటే, బంగాళా దుంపల్ని శుభ్రంచేసే యంత్రాలు మార్కెట్‌లో లేనే లేవన్నమాట?' యాజమాన్యం బుర్రలో ఓ జుగాడ్ తళుక్కుమంది! వెంటనే తమ వ్యాపారాన్ని అటుపక్కకీ విస్తరించింది. బట్టలు ఉతకడానికీ కాయగూరల్ని శుభ్రంచేయడానికీ...రెండు పనులకూ పనికొచ్చే యంత్రాల్ని తయారు చేసింది.
 

(5)ఐదు...మనసు మాట వినాలి
మనసే మార్గదర్శి. మనసు మాట వినాలన్నది జుగాడ్ సూత్రం. జుగాడీలు ఎవరూ...మార్కెట్‌ను దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకునో లాభాలు లెక్కలేసుకునో ఆవిష్కరణలు చేయరు. ఓ మెరుపు మెరుస్తుంది, దానికో రూపం ఇవ్వాలన్న తపన ఓ పట్టాననిద్రపోనివ్వదు. ఆ అలజడిలోంచే అద్భుతం జరుగుతుంది. అభినహ సామాజిక బాధ్యత గల జుగాడ్ వీరుడు. ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా కొన్ని కోట్లమంది అంధులు ఉన్నారు. అంతకు రెట్టింపు సంఖ్యలో చూపు మందగించిన వయోధికులున్నారు. వారి కోసమే ప్రత్యేకంగా సెల్‌ఫోన్లు తయారు చేయాలన్నది అతని ఆలోచన. జోన్-వి సంస్థను స్థాపించి ఆ దిశగా ప్రయత్నం ప్రారంభించాడు. ఈ ఏడాది ఉత్పత్తులు మార్కెట్‌లోకి రానున్నాయి. అభినహ ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును ప్రారంభిస్తున్నప్పుడు...మార్కెట్ సర్వే చేయలేదు. లాభనష్టాల గురించి ఆలోచించలేదు. పూర్తిగా మనసు తీర్పు మీదే ఆధారపడ్డాడు. అయినా, మార్కెట్ అంటే బ్రహ్మపదార్థమేం కాదు, మానవుల సమూహం. మంచి ఆలోచనలకు స్పందించని మనిషంటూ ఉంటాడా! మానవతను ప్రోత్సహించని మార్కెట్ అంటూ ఉంటుందా? జోన్-విలో అనేక భారీ సంస్థలు స్వచ్ఛందంగా పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాయి.

 
జీవితంలో జుగాడ్!

మే చివరికొచ్చేస్తాం. భయంకరమైన ఎండలు. ఏ కూలరో కొంటే, పదిహేను రోజుల తర్వాత పెద్దగా అవసరం ఉండదు. అటకెక్కించాల్సిందే. అలాంటి సమయంలో మనలోని జుగాడ్ జాదూను బయటికి తీయవచ్చు. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న వస్తువులతో ఓ కూలర్ తయారుచేసుకోవచ్చు. అలా అని, జుగాడ్ కొత్త ఆవిష్కరణలకే పరిమితం కాదు. నిత్య జీవితంలో ఎదురయ్యే సమస్యలకూ సంక్షోభాలకూ కూడా జుగాడ్ పద్ధతిలో పరిష్కారాన్ని కనుక్కోవచ్చు. సమస్యలో సమాధానాన్నీ, సంక్షోభంలో మంచి అవకాశాన్నీ వెతుక్కోమని బోధిస్తుంది జుగాడ్. 'ఫెయిల్యూర్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్' అంటే అదేగా. జుగాడ్‌లోని 'తక్కువతో ఎక్కువ' సూత్రం పొదుపరితనాన్ని ప్రోత్సహిస్తుంది, వృథాను నిరసిస్తుంది. ఒళ్లు హూనం చేసుకోకుండా 'స్మార్ట్'గా ఎలా పనిచేయాలో నేర్పుతుంది. స్వల్పకాలిక ప్రణాళికలూ దీర్ఘకాలిక ప్రణాళికలూ సరే ... ఎప్పుడేం జరుగుతుందో తెలియని అనిశ్చిత ప్రపంచంలో మార్పును ఆహ్వానించే గుండెధైర్యమూ ఉండాలంటుంది. సృష్టిలో ఏదీ శాశ్వతం కాదు, మార్పు తప్ప...అని గుర్తుచేస్తుంది. ఇక, మనసు మాట వినడం...ఎంత గొప్ప భావన! ఇవన్నీ వ్యక్తిగా, ఉద్యోగిగా, వృత్తి నిపుణుడిగా మరింత వికాసం సాధించడానికి ఉపకరించే సూత్రాలే. జీవితంలోని చిన్నచిన్న అనుభవాలకూ జుగాడ్‌ను అన్వయించుకోవచ్చు. వారాంతంలో ఏ రెస్టారెంట్‌కో వెళ్తాం. ఆర్డర్ ఇవ్వాలనుకున్నవన్నీ ఇచ్చేస్తాం. తినాలనుకున్నవన్నీ తింటాం. చివర్లో బిల్లు చెల్లిస్తాం, వెయిటర్‌కు ఉదారంగా టిప్ ఇస్తాం. ఆ ఇచ్చేదేదో...చివర్లో కాకుండా ముందే ఇస్తే ఇంకాస్త శ్రద్ధగా సేవలు అందిస్తాడుగా!

ప్రతి వ్యక్తీ ఒక నాయకుడే..అది కుటుంబానికి కావచ్చు, గ్రామానికి కావచ్చు, నియోజకవర్గానికి కావచ్చు, కార్పొరేట్ కంపెనీకి కావచ్చు. దేశానికీ కావచ్చు. జుగాడ్ ఆలోచనా ధోరణి నాయకుడిని మరింత సమర్థుడైన నాయకుడిగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతుంది. వైవిధ్యంగా...జుగాడ్‌గా ఆలోచించడంలోనే నాయకత్వ ప్రతిభ దాగుంది. సౌరవిద్యుత్ ప్లాంట్లు పెట్టడానికి వందల ఎకరాలు వృథా చేయడం కంటే...సాగునీటి కాలువల మీద ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే ఎలా ఉంటుంది? అన్న గుజరాత్ ప్రభుత్వ ఆలోచన అతిగొప్ప జుగాడ్. దీనివల్ల బోలెడంత జాగా కలిసొచ్చింది. అక్కడ తయారైన విద్యుత్‌ను ఇరుగుపొరుగు గ్రామాలకు అందించడం వల్ల..సరఫరా నష్టాలు తగ్గాయి. విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తిలో మిగులు సాధించిన ఏకైక రాష్ట్రం గుజరాత్. ఆ విజయం వెనుక మోడీ ఉన్నాడు. మోడీ వెనక జుగాడ్ ఉంది.

జుగాడ్‌కు వైఫల్యాలు లేవా? అంటే ఉన్నాయి, ఉంటాయి కూడా. కాకపోతే ఆ వైఫల్యం చవకైంది, పెద్దగా నష్టంలేనిది. ఆ అనుభవం మాత్రం చాలా విలువైంది. మరో జుగాడ్‌కు స్ఫూర్తినిచ్చేంత విలువైంది.


జుగాడ్ ఆగిపోతే...?

గతుకుల రోడ్డు మీద సైకిలు ప్రయాణమంటే నరకమే. నిధులు ఇచ్చిన ప్రభుత్వాన్నీ రోడ్డు వేసిన కాంట్రాక్టరునూ పర్సెంటేజీ తీసుకున్న అధికారుల్నీ మనసారా తిట్టుకుంటాం. అంతకు మించి ఆలోచించం. అసోంలోని మోరీగావ్‌కు చెందిన కనక్‌దాస్ మాత్రం .. సైకిలు గతుకుల్లోంచి వెళ్లిన ప్రతిసారీ షాక్ అబ్జార్బర్ కొంత శక్తిని సృష్టించేట్టూ సైకిలు మరింత వేగంగా ముందుకు వెళ్లేట్టూ చిన్న ఏర్పాటు చేసుకున్నాడు. దాదాపుగా ఇదే సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని కార్లకూ అన్వయించాడు తేజస్ క్షత్రియ అనే ఇంజినీరింగ్ విద్యార్థి. ట్రాఫిక్‌లో బ్రేక్ వేసిన ప్రతిసారీ ఉత్పత్తి అయిన శక్తిని ఓ పక్కన నిల్వ ఉంచే పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని కనుగొన్నాడు. తద్వారా వాహనాల ఇంధన సామర్థ్యం పెరుగుతుంది. మండుటెండలో, తీవ్రమైన ట్రాఫిక్‌లో సతమతమవుతున్నప్పుడు ఈ ఆలోచన వచ్చిందా యువకుడికి. సమస్యలో పరిష్కారాన్ని వెదుక్కోవడం అంటే ఇదే
