Balance in life
For attaining stability in life, the following five areas in our life, require balancing-
1] Faith,
2] Family,
3] Fitness,
4] Friends, and
5] Finances.
Faith: Faith forms the core and the other four ‘Fs’ are balanced by it. If the core, ‘faith’ is weak or missing, the other four ‘Fs’- Family, Fitness, Friends and Finances, collapse under even the slightest pressure. Connect yourself to that Universal Source called God, through prayer and meditation to draw power to strengthen your inner self.
Family: Be close to your family. You owe your parents your love, respect and kindness; your children your quality time etc. Don’t take your family for granted and ignore them. A strong family is a key ingredient to a balanced life. Without love and affection, life will be dreary.
Fitness: When you have got your health, you have got everything. Keep your body fit. No health, no energy. No energy, no accomplishments/ no enjoyments
Friends: Friends balance your life and keep you on an even keel. You can not choose your relatives, but you can choose your friends. It is a matter of choice, not chance.
Finances: Money itself has no value, but what money can buy has value to us. Money gives us freedom- freedom from hunger, tedious chores, feeling sick, sending children to lousy schools, freedom to make your own choices, to do what you want to do.
